How to Install Helmet Stickers

  • Required Equipment
  • Surface prep
  • Best placement

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

  • Paper towels
  • 91% isopropyl alcohol (drug store or online)
  • Tweezers

SURFACE PREP

  1. Clean the helmet surface with 91% isopropyl alcohol to ensure proper adhesion.

Only clean the area where the sticker will be applied.

Lower percentage alcohols have water in them reducing adhesion

  1. Allow the surface to fully dry.
  2. Using tweezers, carefully peel the sticker from the backing.
  3. Align the sticker, then press firmly onto the helmet.
  4. Smooth out any air bubbles or edges.
  5. For best results, allow 30 minutes for a stronger bond.

BEST PLACEMENT

  • Apply to a flat area whenever possible
  • Rounded surfaces may cause creasing
